Cancellation Policy
Nessieshair charges a 50% cancellation fee for any cancellations after the allowed 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. A no show for your appointment will result in a charge of 75% of the appointment cost. If you are over 15 minutes late and I am still able to take you, there will be a $25 late fee added on.
